Featured Artist of the Day: Cunene

Cunene

Pavia, Italy

Digital Art, Digital Photography

"I'm living in Italy from 1983, when I was born.

In 2008, I graduated in psychology, even if my strong passion for art had the right over everything else. This intense feeling couldn’t remain sleeping. Since my childhood, I loved trying out different ways to follow my passion: drawings, pictures, manipulated polymer clay and sewing. That’s why, during the same year, I started taking pictures with my first rough and rudimental tool.

I'm totally self-taught.

I'm also a hats and jewels designer."

Featured Artist of the Day: Alberto Seveso

Alberto Seveso

Milan 1976

Graphic Arts

"I was born in Milan the 30th of May 1976. I approached, for the first time, to the world art at the beginning of 1990s.

The passion for graphic arts started in these years because I was really fascinated from the graphic of skate decks and the cover of music CD of metal bands. From this passion I started to think about how reproduce this kind of artwork. I ever had a computer in my home, from the times of the Commodore Vic20, and I kept thinking that my computer could be useful in this way. I mean that I can use the computer to make art and not only to play!

Now I work as a freelance in my hometown, Portoscuso, Sardinia-Italy for small, medium and big agencies.

represented in the Europe by Central Illustration agency

represented in the USA by Bernstein & Andriulli"

Featured Artist of the Day: Alice Savage

Alice Savage

"I am a self taught artist based in Italy, where I work in a tiny home studio.

Attracted by the female figure, lover of dark corners and of the things you find there, I create my works in the quest for elegance and expression of our deepest, often hidden emotions.

I consider myself, more than an artist, an artisan of beauty. I see my work as a daily love declaration, a committment, the fullfilling of a deep interior need.

I believe in beauty.

I love animals and I think they are the best part of us.

I believe art can change lives."

- Alice Savage, from her official website.
